Mr Voxel

Mr Voxel is Computerhead's free medical imaging software for the Apple Macintosh PowerPC computer. It supports multi-channel, 16-bit image data and provides tools for image math, region of interest analysis and image fusion. The package is extensible: users can write plug-ins for data import and export and image processing.

Millstone is a programmable Un*x command line tool designed for batch processing of medical image data. Millstone uses the interfile format for data input and output. Written in C++, Millstone incorporates the Tool Control Language (Tcl) for scripting support.
